REFUND POLICY

At SkyRanch Systems, we specialize in advanced, mission-critical drone systems and components. Due to the technical and specialized nature of our products, the following refund policy applies.

 

1. All Sales Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been:

  • Used

  • Activated

  • Installed

  • Flown

  • Modified

  • Exposed to power, firmware updates, or configuration changes

 

2. Pre-Orders

Products offered as pre-orders are subject to the following terms:

  • Pre-order charges are processed at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

  • Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or regulatory factors

  • SkyRanch Systems reserves the right to cancel a pre-order at its discretion

    • If canceled by SkyRanch Systems, a refund will be issued

  • Customer-initiated pre-order cancellations may not be eligible for a refund once production or fulfillment has begun

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Contact SkyRanch Systems within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue

  • Retain all original packaging

After review, SkyRanch Systems may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a refund or partial refund

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order systems

  • Antennas and RF components

  • Electronic modules

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Shipping and handling charges

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled

  • Orders in processing may be canceled only with written approval from SkyRanch Systems

  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • SkyRanch Systems is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control

 

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact SkyRanch Systems before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Refusal of future service
